Your gamepad / controller is not working proper for this game ? gamepad failure, gamepad buttons are not working ? then first thing to do, is to download this package (of course if you have 64 bits operating system, then you should download x64 version) to game folder, extract it there and run exe file from extracted folder and then your gamepad will work just fine.

The Art of War Campaign - How to install gamepad fix (instructions)

1. Download proper pack and extract the exe file to game folder

Example of game folder:

For Steam players will be in:

Player\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\bin\win32_profile\ "StrongholdWarlords.exe will be in same folder with x360ce_x64.exe"

For Non steam, will be in:

C:\Games\bin\win32_profile\ "StrongholdWarlords.exe will be in same folder with x360ce_x64.exe"

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\bin\win32_profile\ "StrongholdWarlords.exe *

Otherwise, will not work !!!

So let`s say that we want to add gamepad fix to game folder ?

The Art of War Campaign: Here is a screenshot example:

There, as you can see are 3 files.

One if recently downloaded and other 2 are created by downloaded exe file

And with those files inside of game folder where StrongholdWarlords.exe is (in our screenshot is another pc video game but it does not matter) the video game should work with gamepad now.
