1. Download proper pack and extract the exe file to game folder

Example of game folder:

For Steam players will be in:

Player\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Trooper 2 Alien Justice\ "911.exe will be in same folder with x360ce_x64.exe"

For Non steam, will be in:

C:\Games\Trooper 2 Alien Justice\ "911.exe will be in same folder with x360ce_x64.exe"

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Trooper 2 Alien Justice\ "911.exe*

Otherwise, will not work !!!

So let`s say that we want to add gamepad fix to game folder ?

One if recently downloaded and other 2 are created by downloaded exe file

And with those files inside of game folder where 911.exe is (in our screenshot is another pc video game but it does not matter) the video game should work with gamepad now.
